PURE IDEAS GmbH (PURE IDEAS). Management is pleased to announce that it has retained PURE IDEAS as its investor relations and corporate communications service provider for Germany and German speaking European countries. PURE IDEAS is a Munich, Germany based company run by Petra Ullrich and Thomas Renner. Ms. Ullrich has several years of experience in the development of publications for private investors and subsequent direct marketing management. Mr. Renner is a Certified Investor Relations Officer with the German Investor Relations Association DIRK e.V.
PURE IDEAS will represent Adroit Resources Inc. in Germany and other German speaking European countries, translating and disseminating corporate data packages and creating awareness of Adroit Resources Inc. in the German speaking European financial community. PURE IDEAS will also be responsible for maintaining timely contact with Adroit’s shareholders, potential investors and investment-community professionals in Europe. As compensation, Adroit will pay PURE IDEAS € 3.000 per month for an initial term of twelve months starting May 1, 2011. The agreement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
Warrants Exercised: 155,100 warrants at a price of $0.10 each have been exercised by shareholders of the
Company.
